Insurance & Fees

Here’s what to expect for payment, insurance, and logistics. We’ll confirm benefits and costs together before starting so there are no surprises.

Insurance

I am in-network with Aetna and am in the process of joining:

  • Blue Cross Blue Shield
  • UnitedHealthcare

I’m happy to provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement and also welcome self-pay clients.

Private Pay & Sliding Scale

For clients without insurance or who prefer not to use it, I offer self-pay options and an income-based sliding scale.

We can talk through what’s sustainable for you during the consultation call.

Logistics

  • Preteens, teens, adults, couples, and families
  • Payment options include cash, check, Discover, HSA/FSA, Mastercard, Venmo, and Visa

If I’m out-of-network

Superbills & reimbursement options.

Many clients submit receipts to their insurance for partial reimbursement. I’m happy to provide monthly superbills and collaborate with HSAs or FSAs.

Before we begin

Call the number on the back of your insurance card and ask about telehealth, out-of-network benefits, deductibles, and the reimbursement rate for CPT code 90837.

During therapy

Pay with a card on file; receipts or superbills arrive in your secure portal. You submit them directly to your insurance if desired.

Need help?

I can connect you with reimbursement resources such as Reimbursify or provide scripts for speaking with your insurer.
